With easy dialing plan and setting, you can maintain the original dialing behavior, either intercom call or E.164 dialing by connecting to the existing telecom environment. In conjunction with the multiple barring system, the communication cost can be significantly lower.
Scalable up to 600 sites and 50000 extensions
With 2, 4, 8,16 analog ports /module configurations, the MOSA 4600 Plus is highly scalable . When extension numbers are set , the MOSA 4600 Plus is a complete IP-PBX system. With Built-in Registrar and Proxy Server, Supports Standard SIP Device
MOSA 4600 Plus built in Registrar and Proxy Server. Any SIP device that complies with SIP Protocols RFC-3261, RFC-2833 such as SIP Gateway, SIP IP Phone, SIP Soft phone and SIP Wi-Fi Phone can register to the MOSA 4600 Plus as an extension, with the full functions of an extension on that network.
SIP Device Instant ‘Plug and Play’ Delivers Mobility
Without a Public IP address, the user may construct a network with a Private IP behind the NAT. The MOSA 4600 Plus Media Relay function allows SIP devices to penetrate the NAT. The SIP user is then able to make calls without configuring any NAT setting.

Functions
Built-in DISA
MOSA 4600 Plus built-in DISA provides automatic attendant which plays recorded messages and transfers incoming calls. The message can be recorded through telephone or down-loaded from FTP.
Network Operator
Any extension of the MOSA 4600B can be assigned as an operator. All incoming PSTN call from each site can reach the operator by dialing operator code “0”.
Inbound Call, Outbound Call, and Transit Call
MOSA 4600 Plus supports Inbound Call, Outbound Call, and Transit Call. You can even dial fromPSTN into MOSA 4600 Plus and transit calls through a SIP trunk to a SIP number. 

Call Transfer
Both analog extensions and SIP extensions of MOSA 4600 Plus support call transfer, call park, and consult transfer. The extension can be transfer to any extensions of local or remote site.
Call Forward
The incoming call to a trunk or an extension can be forwarded to any following destinations:
Any analog extension or SIP extension of local MOSA 4600 Plus
Any analog extension or SIP extension of remote MOSA 4600 Plus
PSTN number(local, long distance or mobile phone number)
Automatic Trunk Selection
Any outbound call from MOSA 4600 Plus can be selected through the cheapest routing.
Specific Trunk Selection
Any extension can seize all trunk groups such as local trunk, remote trunk and SIP trunk. Though the password, it can also allow the PSTN call into MOSA 4600 Plus then seize any other trunk group.
Call Pickup
Users can define pick-up group. This feature isolates incoming calls to the proper area and enables an extension to pick-up a call from the same pick-up group.
Barring
There are maximum 6 barring class in the system, any analog or SIP extension can be assigned different barring class for call restriction.
Speed Dial
100 abbreviated numbers can be configured in each MOSA 4600 for speed dialing.
CDR Collection
Through the RS-232 port or TCP/IP protocol, the call detail record (CDR) can be collected locallyor centralized for better call accounting management
T.38 Fax
The analog extension port of MOSA 4600 Plus can connect to a FAX machine to provide cross-network fax service.
Support Private IP
MOSA 4600 Plus doesn’t need to use a public IP, it can work with private IP.
Life Line
The analog extension port can hardware bypass to analog trunk ports when the power is off.
ASD Add Value function
With ASD (Application Service Device), we can provide add-value applications such as VoIP Conference,VoIP Broadcasting, Automatic Call Distributor (ACD), etc. 
Networking Management
